WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY
WHEN RECEIVING WHEELS, TIRES, OR ACCESSORIES IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO:
Inspect all products BEFORE mounting to ensure that the wheels you purchased are the correct size, bolt pattern, finish, fitment, and that they are not damaged in any way.
If the boxes are damaged, please inspect the product inside BEFORE your shipping provider leaves. If you do not start the claim process properly, it cannot be resolved, and we cannot do what is necessary on our end to get you replacement products promptly, and at no charge.
WHEEL & TIRE RETURNS:
Before returning any product an RGA # must be obtained from your Hardcore Wheels salesperson. NO CREDIT will be given on returns that are not authorized before hand.
Wheels and tires that have been mounted, whether damaged or not, ARE NOT RETURNABLE. New returned wheels must be in the original boxes with all protective packaging.
Discontinued items may not be returned. Any “special order item” such as a custom drilled wheel, a mounted and balanced set, or a tire that we do not normally stock, is not returnable for any reason.
After receipt of authorized return items, credit will be issued ONLY after the above criteria are met, and there are legitimate warranty defects with the product.
NO RETURNS on any merchandise over 90 days.
WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER SALT PITTING, CORROSION DAMAGE, OR ANY OTHER PITTING DAMAGE CAUSED BY IMPROPER MAINTENANCE, POOR ROAD / DRIVING CONDITIONS SUCH AS POT HOLES AND CURBS, OR BEING EXPOSED TO HARSH WINTER CONDITIONS.
